A few kilometers from your Sun Océan campsite, several swimming spots are available in the town of Talmont Saint Hilaire, let us advise you and choose the one that best suits your needs, or don’t choose and try them all !
1/ The Veillon beach
1h16 by foot and 11 minutes by car – parking available on site
Close to your campsite we propose you the beach of Veillon, known to be natural and preserved, the quality of the water of bathing is also very good there. This beach is just a few minutes walk from the parking lot.
Whether you want to relax or have fun, this beach is suitable for everyone. Discover water activities (surfing, paddle, kitesurfing). This beach is also equipped with restrooms, a first aid station, a picnic area and several restaurants/snacks.
2/ The Beach of the Mine
2h09 by foot – 19 minutes by car – free parking
Otherwise, you can choose the beach of the Mine, this one is a little further. You’ll have to park and walk a bit more but it’s worth the detour !
A small nest of tranquility, this beach will delight those who seek peace and serenity. Both are also monitored. Enjoy your favorite activities : Molky, petanque, racket games, ball games, volleyball… a little reading, or a game with your family.
3/ Ragounite Beach
1h58 by foot – 21 minutes by car – free parking
Finally, you are free to head to the beach of the Ragounite. You will arrive through the pines to discover this small corner of nature which will fill you if you seek peace and quiet.
Between rocks and sand, this beach breathes fresh air. Smell those salt smells, and the warmth of the sun and have a great time.
